Joseph Sabet

Joseph Sabet is founder and partner of Clairfield Israel. Over the course of his career he has successfully completed crossborder transactions for companies across a broad array of sectors including TMT,  life sciences, industrials, and homeland security. He previously served as partner at Catalyst Investments, an Israeli-European venture fund where he served on the boards of MTI Wireless (AIM:MWE) and Surf Communication Solutions. During his tenure, Joseph was responsible for most of the firm’s investments and grew the portfolio until a series of successful exits, including the sale of Power Dsine to Microsemi Corporation, Scopus Networks to Harmonic, and the sale of OREX CR to Kodak.  Prior to that Joseph served as the country manager of Sumitomo Corporation (Tel Aviv), where he was responsible for negotiating crossborder joint ventures and distribution, licensing, and OEM contracts.  He holds a BA in international relations from Boston University and an MBA from Pace University, New York.
